Rockets Fall to 1-9 After Loss to Timberwolves

Rockets fall to the Timberwolves 129-117 and will fall to 1-9 on the season.

Right from tip-off, both the Rockets and Wolves were clicking on offense, both posting over 60% from the field in the first quarter, but all went down hill as Houston struggled in the second quarter, with an underwhelming 15 points.

The poor 2nd quarter was too much to overcome for H-Town, the barrage of turnovers certainly didn't help them stay in the game either.

Jalen Green led the way with 21 points. Sengun, Martin, and Eason each with 17.

Despite what some would call just a good stat line for Sengun - his impact goes much further - its two completely different offensives when Sengun is on the floor. Only problem from him tonight was his early foul trouble in the first half.

Not many positives tonight, turnovers are a recoccuring problem from last season with a whopping 23 turnovers that Minnesota capitalized on, accounting for nearly a third of their points.

Houston gets the rest of the weekend to prepare for their next game to take on Paolo Banchero and his Orland Magic squad in the Amway Center.
