Back to the NBA after a day off, the Chicago Bulls take on the New Orleans Pelicans at home. Now the Bulls are coming off of a good win against the Toronto Raptors and have all the momentum in this game. On the contrary, the New Orleans Pelicans are coming off a 2 Game Losing streak with losses to the Hawks(7-3) and the Pacers(5-5). Even with the losing streak, the Pelicans are favored in this matchup.
The Bulls Big 3 of Lavine, Demar, and Vucevic are all expected to play in this game. The Bulls chances in this game are dependent on if backup center Andre Drummond plays. In only 16mpg, Andre Drummond is averaging a near double-double with 9ppg and 10.2rpg. His presence is extremely important to the Bulls because of our lack of size. Against the Toronto Raptors the Bulls tallest player to play important minutes other than Nikola Vucevic was Patrick Williams who is only 6'7.

Demar DeRozan-Again Demar Derozan becomes a major part of the Bulls game vs the Pelicans. Demar Derozan in his last 2 Games shot below 10 field goal attempts. Against the raptors he was playing a really good defender in OG Anunoby so now we have to see if he could step it up and take more shots tonight.
Team Statistics-The Pelicans are currently 6th in ORTG but are also 10th in TOPG, and playing against the 5th DRTG Bulls we could see some more turnovers.
Rebounds-The New Orleans Pelicans are 3rd in OREB and the Bulls have lacked rebounding without Drummond. If Drummond is not available this game, the main reason for a loss would be our rebounding.

While I don't believe the Bulls will win, I believe that taking Bulls moneyline isn't a bad move. The Pelicans are on a losing streak and just lost to Indiana, so the odds of Chicago taking this game are not low.
